Ian Charles Tracey (or Tracy) - convicted of child abuse in Thailand in 2011 and now on bail awaiting appeal
Following inquiries being made in the UK regarding paedophile Ian Charles Tracey (or Tracy), who was convicted of child abuse charges in Thailand in August 2011 before being released on bail pending appeal, details of a number of persons wanted by UK police in connection with child abuse and other paedophile related charges have been passed to this site.

Photographs of a number of child abusers who have absconded on bail can be found here and there are links to further information in that post.

At least two of those who have absconded have links to Thailand.

You can follow the links for the previous stories on Ian Tracey (or Tracy) in relation to his conviction and release on bail and the ongoing investigations in the UK .

Inquiries commenced into Tracey (or Tracy), who is said to be on bail awaiting appeal, an apparently misleading article appeared in the The Daily Telegraph in January 2014 suggesting that Tracey (or Tracy) had been acquitted by the Supreme Court of Thailand.

Following these matters coming to light, details were passed to the UK  to ascertain whether his name should be included on UK and Eire Paedophile Database via Parents Protect! .

Following the inrtoduction of the Child Sex Offender Disclosure Scheme being implemented by the Home Office (sometimes known as Sarah's Law see note below), national registers of known sex offenders were implemented in the UK.

Details of the absconded child abusers can be emailed to casewatchasia@gmail.com and will be forwarded to the International Child Protection Network (ICPN) or the Child Online Exploitation and Protection Centre (CEOP) .

Note - Sarah's law was implemented after the body of Sarah Payne was found on July 17 2000 in a field near Pulborough, some 15 miles from Kingston Gorse where she had disappeared.

Roy Whiting was convicted of the abduction and murder of Sarah on December 12 2001 and sentenced to life imprisonment.

Whiting had previously abducted and sexually assaulted an eight-year-old girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, and was sentenced to four years in prison.
